Salary Range

The starting hiring range will be $126,000 - $157,500, with a maximum opportunity of up to $189,000 with tenure and strong performance.

Introductory Period: New employees holding regular positions must complete an introductory period of twelve months.

The Manager – Facilities & Warehouse position resides within the Asset Management Division and manages and coordinates the District's Facilities and Warehouse operations through the Facilities Superintendent and Materials Superintendent. The position is responsible for ensuring Facilities and Warehouse functions are planned, operated, maintained, and improved using asset management principles that balance service levels, risk, lifecycle cost, performance, reliability, and long-term organizational needs.

This position provides leadership and direction to the two superintendents, coordinates work across the Facilities and Warehouse functions, supports asset lifecycle and capital planning, monitors operational and asset performance, promotes data integrity within asset information systems, and ensures compliance with District policies, operating objectives and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Manage and lead the District's Facilities and Warehouse operations through the Facilities Superintendent and Materials Superintendent. Establish operational priorities and provide strategic leadership to ensure Facilities and Warehouse functions effectively support District operations and the Asset Management Division's lifecycle stewardship objectives. Coordinate short- and long-term operational plans, maintenance programs, warehouse services, and resource allocation to meet organizational goals and customer needs.
  
  Oversee the maintenance, repair, renovation, and improvement of District facilities, warehouse operations, inventories, material distribution services, and associated building systems. Ensure operational compliance with applicable District policies and federal, state, and local laws, regulations, codes, and standards while overseeing safety, security, and other operational support activities.
• Lead Facilities and Warehouse asset management initiatives in alignment with the District's Strategic Asset Management Plan. Collaborate with District departments to identify operational needs and support for asset lifecycle planning. Coordinate asset condition information, lifecycle strategies, maintenance plans, renewal needs, risk-based prioritization, and capital planning for facilities, warehouses, inventory systems, material-handling assets, and related support infrastructure.
