Line Lead, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Brief Description Number of openings: 1 Fulltime year round

Location:

C Line – Old's Plant Working

Shift: Night Shift Hours & Workdays: 4:00 pm – 12:30 pm, Monday
- Friday;
May vary depending on production.

• Assist the supervisor implement Stemilt standards throughout the line.
• Supervisor about 30 employees
• Be a team leader and motivate the line.
• Adjust line speed.
• Monitoring cost per box.
• Ensure tickets in are cleared.
• Monitor quality of production.
• Other duties may encompass other than the duties listed.

These positions will require a pre-employment drug test

• Must have knowledge of fruit grades/sizes, varieties, machinery and supplies.
• Must be able to stand for 8 to 10 hours minimum.
• Must have flexible schedule and be able to work some weekends.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Must have the ability to train new hires in job functions.
• Must be able to make quick informative decisions during periods of high pressure.
• Must be detail oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have knowledge of pack schedules.
• Be able to do repetitive work while paying attention to detail.
• Must have basic computer skills.
