Location:
C Line – Old's Plant Working
Shift: Night Shift Hours & Workdays: 4:00 pm – 12:30 pm, Monday - Friday;
May vary depending on production.
These positions will require a pre-employment drug test .
Duties:- Assist the supervisor implement Stemilt standards throughout the line.
- Supervisor about 30 employees
- Be a team leader and motivate the line.
- Adjust line speed.
- Monitoring cost per box.
- Ensure tickets in are cleared.
- Monitor quality of production.
- Other duties may encompass other than the duties listed.

- Must have knowledge of fruit grades/sizes, varieties, machinery and supplies.
- Must be able to stand for 8 to 10 hours minimum.
- Must have flexible schedule and be able to work some weekends.
- Must have the ability to train new hires in job functions.
- Must be able to make quick informative decisions during periods of high pressure.
- Must be detail oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have knowledge of pack schedules.
- Be able to do repetitive work while paying attention to detail.
- Must have basic computer skills.
