Registered Nurse (RN) $1500 sign on bonus

Wage DOE: $39.98–$53.80/hour + $4.00/hour night shift differential

What You’ll DoDeliver and oversee high-quality nursing care for residents

Monitor and document changes in resident conditions

Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule

Collaborate with physicians, families, and care team members

Supervise CNAs to ensure care standards and safety practices are met Support infection control, safety, and resident care plans

What We’re Looking For Current, unencumbered RN license in Washington State

CPR certification required

Experience in post-acute or long-term care preferred

Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
