Provides primary specialized outpatient spine health care services. Performs examinations and provides treatment for minor/routine problems; performs or orders diagnostic tests; establishes diagnosis; prescribes medication; instructs patients and family members about continuing care.

Position reports to:
Practice Manager.

Demonstrate Standards of Behavior and adhere to the Code of Conduct in all aspects of job performance at all times.

Required:

• Active Physician Assistant licensure with prescriptive authority in the state of Washington.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification.

Desired:

• Related experience.
