That’s why we have created a mentorship-driven environment designed specifically for new doctors — one that emphasizes collaboration, guided surgical experience, case discussion, and steady growth without overwhelming pressure.

This full-time or part-time, on-site role allows you to provide high-quality care to a loyal and established client base across North Central Washington while developing your skills alongside experienced, mentor-minded peers.

  • Participate in collaborative case discussions with peers
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and team members
  • Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
  • Embrace feedback and demonstrate a commitment to continual growth

We believe in progressive independence — not sink-or-swim expectations. Your caseload and surgical responsibilities will grow alongside your confidence.

Benefits
  • Competitive base salary with production-based bonus structure
  • Earning potential of $,000 per year with long-term growth opportunity
  • No negative accrual
  • Sign-on bonus OR relocation package
  • PTO and paid holidays
  • Flexible scheduling that supports work-life balance
  • CE reimbursement and paid CE time
  • Paid DEA, USDA, and state licensing fees
  • Company-paid AVMA, AVMA PLIT, and VIN dues
  • Health, dental, and liability insurance
  • 401k with 3% company contribution
  • Scrub allowance
