Stemilt Growers is seeking a Quality Control Lab Supervisor to lead daily, seasonal, and annual lab functions across cherry, pear, and apple harvest as well as post-harvest storage. You will supervise seasonal staff, maintain lab workflow, and ensure consistent quality evaluations.
You will collaborate with QC and other departments to support company goals, organize schedules, and train personnel to uphold high standards of fruit quality and safety.
