This position will be working in the Wenatchee, WA area. It is also eligible for a commissions program.

Responsibilities
  • Servicing, managing, and overseeing all aspects of an account or group of accounts assigned by management (significant service activity).
  • Maintain a weekly Service/Sales Route for all assigned accounts.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics: CPM, CPH Revenue, and Inventory.
  • Complete and provide NRT reporting for Key Accounts.
  • Develop service personnel in stores for efficiencies and redundancy for coverage.
  • Obtain monthly service quota and manage monthly and quarterly inspections for all assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships; ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics; identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts and collaborate with the sales team to achieve growth.
  • Resolve high-severity requests or issues escalations as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to existing accounts with ongoing contact, prompt follow-up, and issue resolution.
  • Process and manage service orders, tickets, invoices, and billing adjustments; verify customer credit status and initiate purchase orders for parts; maintain records/files for follow-up.
  • Operate equipment as required (e.g., air compressor, impact gun, hub-cab hammer) and manage related tools.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and mechanical maintenance; ensure vehicle registration, insurance, safety, and OSHA materials are up-to-date.
  • Tire work (retail and/or commercial, on- and off-site): mount/dismount, air pressure checks, and repairs.
  • Play an active role in product and service sales; manage a group of customers by servicing and selling recommended products and services.
  • Increase sales revenue by penetrating current customers, gaining new customers, and making cold calls.
  • Promote ALL Commercial Tire products and services; develop new relationships and maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Review market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, discount rates; make recommendations for marketing and sales programs.
  • Promote excellent customer relations; confer with customers and company officials to resolve issues and ensure prompt service.
  • All product delivered must be billed out within 48 hours; oversee billing and related admin tasks, including updating information in the computer and maintaining records/files for follow-up.
  • Oversee fleet management programs and communicate with fleet accounts on ways to enhance efficiencies.
  • Support company safety and operational standards; adhere to all audit requirements.
  • Grow Sales and Service Revenue with assigned Accounts at the rate of increase with store budgets; obtain monthly and annual gross profit goals.
  • Inventory targets include 60 Day Inventory Turns on Customer Bandag Retread Inventory and completing quarterly inspections for all assigned accounts.

Qualifications
  • GED or High School Diploma (required)
