The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, building relationships with residential and commercial customers, and driving sales of garage doors and related products. This is a field‑based position that requires strong communication skills, self‑motivation, and a passion for sales.

• Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling
• Meet with customers on‑site to assess needs and recommend garage door solutions
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product options
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Stay informed on product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• MUST HAVE previous outside sales experience (home improvement, construction, or related industry a plus)!!!
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working in a commission‑driven environment
• Basic computer skills (CRM systems, email, Microsoft Office)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
