Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and the public while carrying out security-related procedures;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations and activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points;
Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and key infrastructure points, reporting maintenance concerns, hazards, and suspicious behavior;
Support access control and visitor processing activities, verify credentials when required, and communicate professionally with site contacts, first responders, and Allied Universal leadership
