Reports To:

Branch Manager.

• Customer Service & Product Knowledge: provide service to customers entering the warehouse; maintain a high level of customer focus in producing quality products and services; maintain a full understanding of all products by identification, weight, and size.
• Warehouse Operations & Maintenance: receive, organize, and move incoming materials and load outgoing materials; allocate and move material to its correct place and maintain an orderly warehouse; maintain packing specifications and prepare skids/pallets.
• Inventory & Safety: participate in monthly/annual physical inventories; maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse; follow all safety protocols per OSHA requirements; use proper lifting techniques; wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Training & Compliance: attend and participate in all required company training programs.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  frequent use of hands/arms for equipment operation; occasional forklift operation; occasional lifting of approximately 100 lbs with proper technique; additional physical requirements as duties are assigned.
• Miscellaneous: support values in Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Integrity; perform other duties as assigned.

• Building supply warehouse experience strongly preferred.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience and/or training.

Base pay ranges from $19.00 to $29.00 per hour, depending on experience. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
