Project Superintendent

This is a key leadership role for someone who knows how to keep a jobsite running smoothly, hold high standards for safety and quality, and bring out the best in crews and trade partners.

As a Project Superintendent, you’ll be the driving force on‑site, making sure every phase of the project stays on track and meets expectations.

• Lead daily jobsite operations and supervise subcontractors and crews
• Keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule
• Coordinate schedules, inspections, and material deliveries
• Work closely with Project Managers, clients, and trade partners to stay aligned
• Uphold and enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance
• Maintain quality control and proactively solve field challenges
• Run jobsite meetings and keep clear, accurate project documentation

We’re looking for someone who brings experience, leadership, and a strong sense of accountability to the jobsite:

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial or industrial construction
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple subcontractors
• Clear communicator and confident problem-solver
• Commitment to safety and delivering quality work
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and project documents
• WWTP experience is a plus
• OSHA certification preferred
