  Establish lasting relationships with our neighbors, ensuring every chat is an opportunity to offer thoughtful recommendations and guidance tailored to their needs.
• Use Technology & Resources:
  Work with computers and a variety of tools to process orders, track neighbor details, and enhance the neighbor's experience with us.
• Collaborate for Success:
  Partner with teammates to solve challenges, improve processes, and ensure every neighbor feels valued and heard throughout their journey.
• Stay Curious & Learn:
