Recreation Supervisor - Concessions & Special Events

The Recreation Supervisor for Concessions & Special Events manages all aspects of concessions operations, including inventory and cash controls; product ordering, preparation, pricing, and storage; compliance with alcohol sales and service policies; and development and implementation of food safety and cleaning standards.

This position also plans, coordinates, and executes multiple community special events throughout the year, including food truck events, concert series, and holiday-related events. The Recreation Supervisor will ensure a high-quality customer experience and operational efficiency by coordinating vendors, staffing, logistics, and on-site supervision.

• Provide respectful, professional, and positive service in all interactions with co-workers, internal and external customers, community members, and the public.
• Oversee concessions operations, including inventory management, cash handling, product ordering, preparation, pricing, storage, and sales reporting.

• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate community special events, including food truck events, concert series, and holiday events.
• Register and enroll vendors; establish schedules and fees; and communicate event updates, cancellations, or refunds to the community.
