This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Staff Physical Therapist located in Wentzville, MO. The Staff Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and provide high‑quality physical therapy services. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, delivering one‑on‑one therapy sessions, tracking progress, ensuring patient safety, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

The therapist will focus on helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their overall quality of life.

• Strong outpatient therapy clinical skills, or capacity and eagerness to learn through mentorship and continuing education/certification
• A current and valid license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Missouri
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and team members
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient‑centered care with a focus on achieving optimal outcomes
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
