As we continue to grow across the US market, this role will play a key part in ensuring a seamless, reliable, and scalable logistics operation.
Role PurposeThe Senior Logistics Coordinator – USA is responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics operations across the United States for Your Reformer products. This role ensures efficient inbound, outbound, and internal distribution processes for both B2B and DTC channels, while supporting the US logistics team and driving operational excellence.
This is a hands-on as well as managerial role. You will be expected to support the US Logistics Coordinator through day-to-day volumes, while also building and implementing a robust, sustainable framework to support the business as it continues to grow.
Customer experience is a critical component of this role. Logistics is a major touchpoint in the customer journey, and this position plays a key role in ensuring customers and partners receive a smooth, reliable, and positive delivery experience. The role requires a strong customer-first mindset, with the ability to confidently handle customer calls, written communications, and delivery-related enquiries.
This is a full-time position. We are open to candidates based in California, with our office and warehouse located in Anaheim, as well as candidates located in the New York/New Jersey area, near our 3PL facility. For candidates based in New York/New Jersey, the role will be primarily remote with occasional travel as required.
Key Responsibilities:Operational Management
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations across inbound, outbound, and internal distribution for B2B and DTC channels.
- Support delivery planning, coordination, and warehouse activities as required, including stock checks and cycle counts.
- Build strong working relationships with 3PL & logistics partners, including regular engagement and site visits where required.
- Liaise with carriers and identify opportunities to build or optimise transport partnerships, including specialised providers for regional or rural deliveries.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge across premium reformer equipment and digital offerings to support logistics decisions, resolve delivery queries, and ensure a positive customer and partner experience.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the Logistics Coordinator – USA, assisting with prioritisation, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Act as the escalation point for operational issues, delays, or supplier challenges.
- Mentor and coach the Logistics Coordinator – USA, supporting capability building, knowledge transfer, and professional development.
- Provide operational coverage during periods of absence within the logistics team to ensure continuity of service.
- Establish & monitor operational KPIs across US logistics functions.
- Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service levels, and cost control.
- Contribute to process development and standardisation as the US function scales.
- Ensure logistics operations comply with US federal, state, and relevant local regulations.
- Maintain SOP documentation, processes, and controls to meet compliance and operational standards.
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain roles, ideally across US markets.
- Experience managing or coordinating 3PL providers and transport carriers.
- Exposure to both B2B and DTC distribution environments.
- Strong customer service experience, with the ability to handle customer calls, written communications, and delivery-related enquiries professionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage operational escalations.
- Experience mentoring or supporting team members.
- Familiarity with US logistics and regulatory requirements (e.g., DOT, FMCSA, state-level compliance).
- Highly organised, process driven, with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
- Customer-first approach with strong written and verbal communication skills, along with solid Excel capability.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working across time zones in a global business.
- Adaptable and hands-on in a fast-growing environment.
