The Yarco Companies is seeking a groundskeeper to maintain the exterior of our multi-family properties. This safety-sensitive role requires daily exterior inspections and coordinated efforts with maintenance to ensure curb appeal and resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities include pool chemical inspections, basic maintenance support, and responding to on-call emergencies as requested by the Community Manager. High school diploma or GED preferred; pool certification is a plus.
