Maintenance Supervisor

Talascend is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor 5 for a contract opportunity with our client in Wentzville, Missouri
.

This role involves directly supervising the hourly workforce, managing contract workers on weekends, and ensuring the maintenance of machines, primarily conveyance machines, within the production team.

• Directly supervise the hourly workforce of around 15 people.
• Manage contract workers on weekends.
• Provide direction to hourly employees.
• Ensure the maintenance and repair of machines.

• High School Diploma

• Technical experience in manufacturing.
• Computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to learn and be self-driven.
• Documented experience being a journeyman or working closely with a journeyman.
• Experience in an auto repair shop.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, mentally and physically demanding environment.

Monday – Friday onsite, 6-7 days a week, open to rotating shifts: 1st shift 5:45AM – 3PM, 2nd shift 1:45PM – 11PM, 3rd shift 9:45PM – 7AM. Must be open to working weekends and overtime.
