Production Operator
- 1 st  shift - 6:30am-3:00pm      Monday - Friday

2 nd  shift - 2:30pm-11:00pm   Monday - Friday  **(work ends when GM stops production Friday night** )

3rd Shift

- Shift: 10:30 PM - 6:50 AM

⏱ Full-time | Overtime & weekends as needed

Pay  $16.00 - $16.50 hourly

Job Description

Production Operators work in various areas of the warehouse assembling bumpers by following blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Each workstation provides on-the-job training and certification to ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble bumpers at assigned production stations

Follow blueprints, drawings, and written/verbal instructions

Use scanning equipment and inventory software

Maintain quality standards and attention to detail

Rotate between different roles and stations as needed

Work efficiently in a team-based environment

Job Requirements

Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred

Ability to read, listen, understand, and follow directions

Ability to count accurately

Flexible and willing to work in different roles

Strong teamwork skills

Excellent attendance and punctuality

High level of motivation and attention to detail

Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work full-time with overtime and weekends as required

Dress Code / PPE

Steel-toed shoes required

Jeans and t-shirt permitted
