Position Details

Senior Living Director – Full Time.

Location:

Wentzville, Missouri. Starting salary $59,000 – $74,360. Bonus opportunity up to $4,000 per month.

Shift schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with rotating weekends.

• Develop close relationships to support potential residents and families in difficult conversations about next-step solutions.
• Help leads and families problem-solve by shedding light on community options that suit their needs.
• Monitor and drive community occupancy through awareness of move‑ins, move‑outs, and vacancies, and assist Executive Directors in retaining residents.
• Ensure exceptional lead experiences during tours and community events.

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English proficiency at 12th‑grade level.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive and energetic attitude committed to resident care.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Ability to follow directions and apply practical problem‑solving skills.
• Criminal clearance.
• Good health, physical and mental capability to perform assigned tasks; health screening within six months of employment.
• Negative tuberculosis test at time of health screening.
