Role Overview

Provides direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment needs, and medication administration. Ensures patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to develop and communicate individualized care plans, considering patient preferences and barriers. Maintains a safety-sensitive role requiring constant alertness.

Requires a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree and RN license; no prior experience needed. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and less than 2 years of experience.
