Cardiac​/Telemetry Nurse

Role Overview

This position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards.

• Promote patient and family‑centered care in a healing environment.
• Educate patients and families on illness management, post‑treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and caregivers.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.
• Work in a safety‑sensitive role requiring alertness and safe practices.

• Education:
  
  Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required;
  Bachelor's preferred.
• Licenses &
  
  Certifications:
  
  Valid RN license.
• Experience:
  
  No experience required; less than 2 years preferred.
• Skills:
  
  Critical nursing skills, strong communication, collaboration, and patient advocacy.
