• Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding position as an on-call Hospice On Call Nurse? We are searching for compassionate, dynamic, energetic, organized and efficient professionals with Hospice experience to become part of our Hospice Family servicing the Macomb. Oakland and Wayne County areas!

• - Current Michigan RN License in good standing
• - 1 year hospice experience preferred but not required
• - Empathetic approach to patients and caregivers
• - Participate in field visits daily, weekly office meetings as indicated
• - Ability to adapt to patient’s status and needs on a on call basis

Demonstrates expertise in providing compassionate hospice care, including triaging patient calls, conducting field visits, and performing admissions. Holds a current Michigan RN License and possesses the ability to adapt to patients' needs on an on-call basis.
