What to Expect As a CNA/Unit Clerk- Perform patient care duties including ADL’s.
- Take vital signs, pulse oximetry readings, weigh patients and report abnormal readings.
- Assemble treatment equipment and assist the nurse with procedures.
- Be able to multi‑task and have consistent professional etiquette.
- Effectively use basic medical terminology.
- Manage the phone system and have excellent computer skills.
- Interpret basic arrhythmias.
- Be responsible for the surveillance of arrhythmias on monitored patients.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- BLS, required.
- Excellent customer service skills, phone etiquette, and attention to detail.
