TRC Talent Solutions is currently partnering with a manufacturer that is looking to add an Environmental Manager to their team. The Environmental Manager is responsible for overseeing environmental programs and compliance activities for a manufacturing facility. This role ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations, permits, and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations related to air, water, waste, and emissions.
- Manage environmental permits, including Title V air permits and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain compliance with EPA, state, and local environmental agencies.
- Prepare, track, and submit required environmental reports and documentation.
- Monitor emissions and environmental performance to ensure permit compliance.
- Manage landfill and solid waste programs.
- Update environmental policies and procedures as regulations change.
- Coordinate environmental audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver environmental training for employees and supervisors.
- Communicate environmental compliance status and activities to plant leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of environmental management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Clean Air Act (NESHAP, NSPS)
- Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA)
- Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA)
- Clean Water Act (NPDES)
- Experience managing environmental compliance programs and regulatory interactions.
- Heavy industrial manufacturing experience preferred.
