Pay Range: $16.00/hr ($3.00 overnight differential from 12:00 am - 5:00 am)
Full-Time/Part-Time availability

We’re looking for a Security Guard ready to roll up their sleeves and keep our facilities, employees, and patients protected with vigilance, professionalism, and a calm presence. From monitoring entrances to responding quickly to incidents, your role is key in keeping Mint secure and compliant.

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter theft, vandalism, or suspicious activity
• Monitor entrances, exits, and facility access to ensure only authorized personnel and customers are on-site
• Enforce all security protocols, company policies, and state cannabis compliance requirements
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents
• Provide first aid or emergency assistance when necessary
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and helping staff and patients feel at ease
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of all security-related activities

• Minimum of 1 year of security experience—retail, event, or facility, preferred
• Strong observation and situational awareness skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Willingness to travel between nearby locations when needed
• A positive, helpful attitude—you’re the first and last impression for many guests
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid government-issued  ability to pass a criminal background check

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card (or equivalent) if required by your state
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
