Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts;
Conduct regular and random patrols of rail-adjacent property, access points, parking areas, buildings, and perimeter locations;
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and support site access control procedures;
Prepare clear, timely reports related to incidents and patrol activity and assist with instructions during service disruptions or emergencies
