Route Service Driver; Labor-Intensive

Charlene’s Waste Services LLC (CWS) is hiring a Full-Time Route Service Driver — but this is NOT just a driving job.

This is a physically demanding, hands-on position where you will be servicing portable toilets daily, not simply transporting them.

• Servicing portable toilets on assigned routes every day
• Pumping, cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking units
• Operating a medium-duty service truck (DOT regulated)
• Heavy, repetitive physical labor throughout your entire shift
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Long days (10+ hours) with a fast-paced workload

• Class B or Class E license REQUIRED
• Previous driving experience REQUIRED – serious applicants only
• Must be comfortable with dirty, labor-intensive work
• Ability to lift, move, and service equipment repeatedly throughout the day
• Willingness to work extended hours and some weekends
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug testing (DOT compliant)

• Starting Pay: $25/hr+ (based on experience)
• 50+ hours per week (overtime available and expected)
• Paid Weekly
• Paid Holidays
• We will pay 50% of insurance after 90 day probation.
