About the RoleExpress Employment Professionals is hiring a dependable Loader / Unloader (1st Shift) for a fast-paced distribution facility in St. Peters, MO.
In this active dock role, you will load and unload inbound/outbound shipments, stage products, organize inventory, and keep freight moving safely across the floor.

- Workstation Upkeep: Maintain clean, organized, and safety-compliant dock areas following facility guidelines.
- Experience Level: Prior experience in loading, unloading, freight handling, or material movement preferred.
- Pace & Work Ethic: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and execute repetitive loading tasks efficiently.
- Team Focus: Strong communication skills and a positive attitude for working in a team environment.
- Reliability: Excellent attendance, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to St. Peters, MO.
- Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
