• Maintain professional customer contact/relationships, including communication of correct billing address, obtaining required documents, resolving issues and other related matters.
• Interact and maintain professional relationships with multiple clients to resolve issues as needed.
• Maintain files
• Various administrative duties as assigned

• At least 3 years in the field of accounting.
• Must have experience with accounts receivable & accounts payable
• Familiar with handling open/opening accounts and monthly reconciliation of open account statements.
• Able to speak both English and Spanish fluently
• Knowledgeable in Word, Excel;
  Eclipse is a huge plus
• Must be available Monday-Saturday; must be able to work a flexible schedule

Note:

Anyone that has worked within the plumbing or electrical industry will be highly considered for these positions. Pay is to be discussed.
