Ed Payne Motors in Weslaco, TX is looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. If you enjoy creating a positive and professional first impression—and are looking for a place to grow your career,we want to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Greet all customers and guests with warmth and professionalism
• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously
• Maintain the front desk and lobby area to ensure a clean, welcoming environment
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling when needed
• Provide support to sales and service departments as requested

• Previous customer service experience required
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic office skills are a plus but not required – we’re happy to train the right person!
• Someone who is motivated and excited to grow with our company
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
