We are seeking an Auto Body Technician to join our team at Payne Collision Weslaco. The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition.

• Perform body repairs including dent removal, structural realignment, and panel replacement.
• Sand and prepare surfaces for painting.
• Mix and apply paint to vehicles, ensuring a seamless finish.
• Repair or replace interior and exterior components of vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for further damages that may not be visible to the naked eye.
• Communicate with customers regarding repair timelines and any additional work needed.

• Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in using various tools and equipment for auto body repair.
• Knowledge of different types of vehicle finishes and how to match them.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
