Payne Weslaco Ford Service Advisor

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Service Advisor for our Weslaco Ford location. The Service Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers with vehicle service needs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive service environment

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance services

* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

* Proficiency in computer systems and software

Responsibilities:

* Greet customers and assist them with determining their service needs

* Schedule service appointments and communicate with customers throughout the process

* Advise customers on necessary services based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer recommendations

* Provide estimates for services and obtain customer approval

* Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services

* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner

* Maintain customer records and service history accurately in the system

* Stay updated on product knowledge, manufacturer updates, and service procedures

Additional Requirements:

* Valid driver's license (at least 3 consecutive years) and clean driving record
