Are you a friendly, organized individual who loves making people feel welcome the moment they walk through the door or pick up the phone?

Ed Payne Motors in Weslaco, TX is looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. If you enjoy creating a positive and professional first impression-and are looking for a place to grow your career, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Greet all customers and guests with warmth and professionalism
• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously
• Maintain the front desk and lobby area to ensure a clean, welcoming environment
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling when needed
• Provide support to sales and service departments as requested

Previous customer service experience required
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic office skills are a plus but not required - we're happy to train the right person!

Someone who is motivated and excited to grow with our company
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
