The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Faculty (without OB) - Assistant Professor for its Weslaco/Mercedes location. The faculty member will maintain an outpatient clinical practice and supervise residents while teaching medical students.
Ideal candidates are board certified in Family Medicine with at least three years of experience in clinical practice, preferably in an academic setting, and have a strong reputation for building trust-based relationships. Bilingualism in Medical Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
