• L5 or L4 status with a minimum of 1 year of experience with the employer
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and demonstrate organizational skills
• Outstanding customer service skills

• Advanced education and/or certification in a language-related field
• Experience in coaching, training, and presentation skills
• Supervisory experience
• Advanced studies in communicative skills and analytical tasks
