Overview
Preform general maintenance and repair of building structures and their mechanical, electrical, and sanitary systems throughout the company.
Qualifications- One year experience in general building maintenance, and valid drivers license required.
- Knowledge of basic construction and routine maintenance and repairs.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to repair and maintain facilities, including, but not limited to replacing electrical switches and wiring light fixtures.
- Complete repairs as requested in a timely manner.
