We're looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator to take ownership of our online presence and help tell our story across every digital platform.
- Manage our Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and other social platforms
- Create engaging photo and video content
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar
- Respond to comments and messages when appropriate
- Monitor engagement and recommend improvements
- Update and maintain website content
- Ensure website content stays fresh and accurate
- Work with managers to promote events
- Manage and optimize our Google Business Profile
- Upload photos and videos
- Help monitor and respond to customer reviews
- Ensure business information remains accurate and current
- Photograph and film events
- Create graphics, short-form videos, and promotional materials
- Help coordinate community events and sponsorship promotions
- Brainstorm new marketing ideas and campaigns
- Loves creating content and telling stories
- Has excellent writing and communication skills
- Understands social media platforms and trends
- Is comfortable taking photos and shooting/editing video
- Is organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Enjoys learning new technology and marketing strategies
- Has an eye for detail
- Can manage multiple projects at once
- Experience with social media management
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Cap Cut, or similar design/video tools
- Basic understanding of SEO and website content
- Experience with Word Press or website content management systems is a plus
- Photography and videography experience is a plus
- Experience with Google Business Profile management is a plus
- Marketing, communications, journalism, or related education or experience preferred—but we value talent and creativity just as much
