Current OpeningsPRN Nurses needed throughout the RGV (pay rates depend on experience).
Mercedes High Acuity:
Thursday to Sunday, 7pm to 7am.
Hourly Rate: $25-$26; $1500 Sign-on Bonus.

- Competitive pay
- Medication administration per physician orders
- Physician ordered treatments for:
- Nutrition via a feeding tube
- Tracheostomy care
- Suctioning nasal, oral and/or endotracheal
- Ventilation care
- Seizure assessment and treatment
- Current, active Texas LPN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willingness to train
With locations in Colorado, Texas, Arizona, Nevada, Florida, Oregon, Washington, California, Wyoming, New Jersey, Delaware, and Pennsylvania, Care Options for Kids offers a wide range of pediatric health services, including pediatric nursing and therapies, ABA therapy, nursing, Family Caregiver Services, and school-based services.
Bonus Information- Bonus for eligible cases only. Eligible employees will receive $500 for every 250 billable hours worked, up to $2,500. Eligible employees must complete the pre-onboarding process within 10 days of submission of the initial application. Valid for first-time employees only and on completion of all required documents. Parents and/or guardians of a Care Options for Kids client or potential client are not eligible to receive a bonus.
