* What You’ll Do:

* As a CNA, you play a vital role in our residents’ daily lives—providing compassionate, hands-on care while building meaningful connections with residents and families.
* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and transfers
* Provide hands-on patient care in accordance with individualized care plan
* Take and record vital signs accurately
* Observe and report changes in physical or mental condition to RN/LVN staff
* Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
* Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents
* Shifts
* * 2:00pm – 10:00pm (2 openings)
** Must Have:
** Active Texas CNA certification (TULIP)
* Completion of a state-approved CNA program
* At least 16 years of age.
* Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
