This role is responsible for representing and promoting Reliant Energy services at retail locations, engaging with customers, and driving new enrollments. The ideal candidate should be energetic, persuasive, passionate, and able to thrive in fast‑paced environments while helping customers find the right energy solutions.

Earn $1,000–$1,350 per week on average, with top earners reaching as much as $2,500 per week. Commission is uncapped and includes a $14.00/hr guarantee plus instant next‑day pay through Daily Pay.

• Promote Reliant electricity plans to consumers
• Help customers lower energy costs in the community
• Identify customer needs and handle objections
• Build strong relationships with customers and teammates
• Collaborate to hit individual and team goals and celebrate achievements

• Sell products and services in retail stores, kiosks, and event environments
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and employees
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals monthly
• Welcome customers, identify their needs, and recommend appropriate products or services
• Document and report sales accurately
• Assist customers with selections to build confidence
• Contribute to team efforts and support related tasks as needed
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations
• Ensure kiosk or workstation is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately

• Regular and prompt attendance
• Achieve established monthly and weekly sales quotas/games
• Maintain customer satisfaction, measured by low rejection rates and minimal substantiated complaints

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality

• Commission‑based pay with total earnings as noted above
• Base pay guarantee of $14.00/hr
