Perform basic office remodel tasks and repairs as part of buildings maintenance;
Repair and replace doors, walls, flooring, and various building materials;
Repair or install power transmission equipment and mechanical components (bearings, belts, drives, sheaves, sprockets);
Conduct preventive maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic systems;
Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical circuits (120/277 VAC) for lighting and equipment while following safe electrical practices
