Job Title: Front Desk Clerk – Home Subdivision
Schedule: Weekends (Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Clerk to serve as the first point of contact for residents and visitors at a residential home subdivision. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring secure property access, and supporting day-to-day front office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents, guests, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
- Monitor and manage entry/exit access to the subdivision
- Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Maintain visitor logs and issue guest passes
- Coordinate with property management and security teams as needed
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing and record-keeping
- Report any suspicious activity or maintenance concerns
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to remain attentive, organized, and professional in a quiet or fast-paced environment
Additional Requirements:
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
