Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Wesley Chapel is hiring for an Automotive Service Advisor. This full-time role includes flexible evening shifts in the Guest Relations side of the Automotive Service Sector. Prior guest relations and/or sales experience is a plus. You will listen to Guest concerns, relay information to Service Technicians, advise Guests on vehicle care and maintenance, and promote service promotions to increase earnings.

- Greet Guests promptly and courteously; deliver a best-in-class Guest service experience from initial contact through service and repair, to vehicle delivery.
- Perform walk-around vehicle inspections with Guests and accurately record their comments using an electronic tablet.
- Consult with Guests and Service Technicians to recommend services, discuss future maintenance or repair, and ensure understanding of the project.
- Create Service Repair Orders with complete, accurate estimates of repair.
- Maintain timely communication with Guests via phone, text, and email regarding vehicle status, changes, delays, or additional work and cost estimates.
- Advise Guests on the care and value of maintaining their vehicles per manufacturer specifications and follow warranty guidelines.
- Track and manage all open Repair Orders; oversee workflow and scheduling with a team of technicians.
- Schedule maintenance appointments or follow-up service and repairs; comply with all laws and company policies regarding information and property.
- Aim to maintain excellent CSI scores.
- Experience in guest/customer relations and/or sales; dealership Service Advisor experience is a plus.
- Ability to achieve exceptional CSI scores; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Friendly, energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient with computers/tablets.
- Ability to explain complex automotive terms clearly to guests.
- Self-motivated, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of vehicle mechanics and parts is a plus; good sales skills; weekend availability a plus.
- Valid US driver s license, safe driving record, and eligibility to work in the United States; ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.
Pay Range: $55,000 - $75,000 annually
