Service Ambassador

Xcite Automotive is seeking Service Ambassadors for our dealership partner in Wesley Chapel, FL!

Job Description:

A Service Ambassador, you will be the first and primary point of contact for service customers, ensuring they receive an exceptional experience from arrival to vehicle pick-up. If you’re passionate about customer service, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Greet service customers promptly and professionally

Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the service visit

Communicate service timelines and next steps clearly

Coordinate with service advisors and technicians

Provide vehicle status updates and address customer questions

Assist with service check-in and check-out procedures

Support post-service follow-ups as needed

Maintain a professional appearance at all times

Assist with vehicle movement and service-lane flow

Must Have

Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer-facing roles (automotive, dealership, valet, hospitality, or service environments)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain organized and professional in a high-volume service drive

Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Ability to safely operate customer vehicles

Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in a dealership service department or service drive

Familiarity with basic automotive services and terminology

Experience working alongside service advisors or technicians

Strong organizational skills and ability to anticipate customer needs

Valet or hospitality experience in a fast-paced environment

Beneficial Types of Previous Experience Dealership service drive or service department

Service Advisor Assistant or Lane Concierge Automotive valet or porter roles

Hospitality or front-of-house customer service roles

Rental car, fleet, or transportation services
