Responsibilities:

• As a Mazda Certified Technician, you will perform vehicle maintenance and repairs in accordance with Mazda factory standards and dealership guidelines.
• Perform routine and advanced maintenance, including oil and filter changes, fluid services, and factory-recommended intervals.
• Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections, including brakes, tires, suspension, and all fluid systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical concerns using Mazda-approved tools and procedures.
• Communicate clearly with the service advisor regarding recommended maintenance and repair needs.

Qualifications:

• Mazda certification or prior manufacturer-specific training preferred.
• Strong mechanical understanding of automotive systems.
• Experience as an automotive technician or express/quick service technician.
• Ability to operate a wide range of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
