Responsibilities:
- As a Mazda Certified Technician, you will perform vehicle maintenance and repairs in accordance with Mazda factory standards and dealership guidelines.
- Perform routine and advanced maintenance, including oil and filter changes, fluid services, and factory-recommended intervals.
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections, including brakes, tires, suspension, and all fluid systems.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical concerns using Mazda-approved tools and procedures.
- Communicate clearly with the service advisor regarding recommended maintenance and repair needs.
Qualifications:
- Mazda certification or prior manufacturer-specific training preferred.
- Strong mechanical understanding of automotive systems.
- Experience as an automotive technician or express/quick service technician.
- Ability to operate a wide range of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
