Description

Community Coverage & On-Site Presence

Supports two assigned communities with a consistent on-site presence.

Scheduling flexibility to support evening and weekend events.

Serves as a visible and approachable point of contact for residents, prospects, vendors, and partners.

Programming & Events

Develops and publishes monthly lifestyle and event calendars.

Delivers resident-focused, family-friendly, wellness, social, and educational programming.

Plans and executes four (4) annual signature events supporting resident engagement and sales initiatives.

Supports prospect and realtor events.

Participates in lifestyle tours and branded activations.

Enhances buyer experience and community market appeal.

Clubs & Resident Engagement

Assists with establishing and managing resident clubs and interest groups.

Serves as liaison between club leadership and HOA management.

Ensures alignment with community guidelines and amenity policies.

Community Walks & Site Awareness

Conducts regular site drives and walkthroughs.

Observes common areas, amenities, landscaping, and presentation.

Communicates observations to HOA management for follow-up.

HOA Coordination & Compliance Support

Does not perform enforcement or compliance actions.

Acts as an additional set of eyes in the community.

Alerts HOA management of potential issues for appropriate follow-up.

Vendors & Operations

Coordinates food trucks, fitness instructors, workshop facilitators, and event vendors.

Ensures quality standards and proper scheduling.

Monthly lifestyle and event calendars.

Four (4) annual signature events.

Ongoing fitness, wellness, and educational programming.

Active resident clubs.

Sales-supported prospect and marketing events.

Regular site observations coordinated with HOA management.

Who You Are

Resident-experience and hospitality minded community leader who thrives on-site, is highly visible/approachable, and is comfortable working flexible hours to support evening/weekend programming across two communities.

Strong lifestyle programming and event operator who can build and publish monthly calendars, plan and execute signature events, and consistently deliver family-friendly, wellness, social, and educational experiences that strengthen community identity and appeal.

Collaborative, detail-oriented coordinator who partners effectively with Sales/Marketing and HOA management, builds resident clubs, manages vendors to quality standards, and proactively communicates site observations—without taking on covenant enforcement.

Experience

3–5+ years of experience in community engagement, lifestyle programming, hospitality, events, or residential property/HOA community roles (e.g., Lifestyle Director, Community Manager, Resident Experience).

Proven track record planning and executing recurring programming plus large-scale “signature” events (including budgeting, run-of-show, vendor contracting, permitting/COIs as needed, and post-event evaluation).

Experience partnering with Sales and Marketing teams to support prospect/realtor events, tours, activations, and initiatives that enhance community brand and marketability.

Demonstrated experience building and supporting resident clubs/interest groups, facilitating volunteer leaders, and coordinating with association/operations teams to align with amenity rules and guidelines.

Hands‑on vendor and operations coordination experience (food trucks, instructors, facilitators, entertainment, rentals), with strong on-site execution, quality control, and stakeholder communication (residents, boards/HOA management, and service providers).
