Reports toDirector of Construction
Responsibilities- Assist with day-to-day construction site operations
- Support project managers and superintendents with scheduling, coordination, and documentation
- Conduct site inspections and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Help track materials, deliveries, and subcontractor work
- Learn construction software and digital tools used in the field
- Participate in meetings and gain insight into project planning and execution
- Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Strong interest in the construction industry
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, etc.) is a plus
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Work Environment Requirements
- Tasks may include standing, walking, bending, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs., with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work on-site in varying weather conditions
