ODC Construction LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Intern to join our team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain real-world experience in project management, site operations, and construction administration. You will work alongside experienced professionals on active job sites and assist with key aspects of the construction process.

Director of Construction

• Assist with day-to-day construction site operations
• Support project managers and superintendents with scheduling, coordination, and documentation
• Conduct site inspections and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Help track materials, deliveries, and subcontractor work
• Learn construction software and digital tools used in the field
• Participate in meetings and gain insight into project planning and execution

• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Strong interest in the construction industry
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, etc.) is a plus
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn

• Tasks may include standing, walking, bending, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs., with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Ability to work on-site in varying weather conditions
