Responsibilities
- Provide overall direction for field installation of assigned projects
- Own direct responsibility for field labor and coordination
- Quality control and safety on assigned projects
- Attend and contribute to project meetings
- Ensure that installation meets contract scope and specifications
- Manage daily reports and administrative duties
- 3+ years craft supervision experience in similar facility construction
- Experience managing 5 or more crews of 2-3 workers each
- Verifiable experience working on projects of $500K or more
- Advanced knowledge of how jobs are assembled in the field
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented in fast-paced environment
